Hello and thank you again for joining me on another mealtime. Today was my first attempt at making Egusi and taste wise it was extremely flavorful and the meat was very tender. I used the following ingredients:
egusi
crayfish
goat
smoked
fish
cow skin
tomato
red bell pepper
spinach
palm oil
red onion
chili pepper
salt
maggi cubes
habanero peppers.
